What does it mean?
In this feature, you can re-capture already sold tickets. If for example a device doesn’t work for whatever reason, and one of your sellers needs to hand out handmade tickets, he should collect all the data and then you can still input the data into your Palisis BackOffice account at the end of the day.
What should I do?
In case a device doesn’t work you should hand out some kind of paper ticket which your street sellers have with them so they can still sell tickets quickly and collect the needed information for the BackOffice.
