Where do I find it?

Configuration > Transportation > Timetable

What does it mean?

Timetable is where you can set for how long a created timetable should be valid (for example if you want seasonal timetables) and the departure times of your different tours.

What should I do?

First of all, in order to be able to create a timetable for your routes, you will have to assign at least one waypoint to the route. You can do this by going to Configuration > Transportation > Routes. Then click on the small blue points to open the available and assigned waypoints. A list of all the available waypoints will appear. Drag and drop at least one waypoint to the right side (assigned waypoints).

Once you've assigned all the waypoints you wish to assign to the route, hit save and the route will appear in "Timetable".

Specify the duration of your timetables (maybe for a season or several years). Then press on the created timetable and create a schedule for your tours with the specific departure time.

Please, note that the validity of the season is limited to 3 years plus 7 days, it means that you can only extend the validity of an existing timetable to the current date plus 3 years and 7 days.

To create departures, click on the 2 dots and then "new":

You will see the following screen:

Here, you will have to select:

1. Day of the week
2. Months
3. Time:
- Choose the hour, for example 12, and click on the "plus" symbol.
- Choose the minutes and click on the "plus" symbol again.
(in this example, the departure times would be 12:00 and 12:15)
4. Click on "Next"
5. The departures are now created. Do not forget to save!

The departures can be cancelled as follows:
