Where do I find it?
Configuration > Business Data > Receipt-Layouts
What does it mean?
Receipt-Layouts define what your printed receipt looks like. You can design your customized Receipts. There are eight different subcategories: Text, Picture, Barcode, VAT, Tickets, Total, Payment, and Separator.
Barcode: The Barcode on the receipt is needed if you want your sellers to be able to cancel a ticket.
Payment: This category shows what kind of payment the customers used (Did they pay by cash or credit card or something else).
Cancelation: You can use the receipt to cancel a booking by scanning the barcode/QRcode shown on the receipt.
What should I do?
Design your receipt. And remember that you need to save every assigned block, otherwise the layout will not be printed.
You can find all the other tokens are the same as in voucher and ticket layouts and you can also use some additional non-standard tokens mentioned in this list.
In addition, you can select the default option for a receipt. This way, when selling a product, the default receipt will be printed out. However, if you don't select the default option, the receipt will not be printed out when you sell one of your products.
