What does it mean?
Countries are the second level of the geographic segmentation capabilities. On their own they can be part of groups of countries and split up into areas, where the waypoints are based. A default country is set by Palisis and cannot be deleted. Countries are necessary in order to work correctly with VAT-Numbers, VAT Rates and VAT Rate Entries.
What should I do?
Select the countries in which your business operates. Simply drag and drop your required countries from left to right. All countries which are subsequently listed on the right hand side, then automatically become active. If you would not like to use a country any longer, simply click and drag it back to the left hand side. The default country set with the contract specifications cannot be changed.
