Where do I find it?
In the upper right corner.
What does it mean?
Here your admin can change the contact information about your corporation. There are 3 Sub-Groups: Contact-Management, Contract-Management and Billing.
What should I do?
Contact-Managment: Here you need to insert all the details about where your corporation is located. Who we (Palisis) can contact if there is a problem regarding our system, further you need to insert contact information if we need to get in touch with your corporation for billing issues. The Palisis System will send out a reminder that the bill is available, this reminder is sent out to the mail adress which is deposited here (Picture 1).
Contract-Managment: This is where you see all details regarding your contract with Palisis (How many devices you have, how much you owe Palisis and how much commission you pay on each transaction. This is available for every single product (Picture 2).
Billing: Here you can insert your credit card information. So we can settle all bills automatically, Palisis will pay the card fees you will not be charged additionally (Picture 3). If you want to look at your bill you can click on the corresponding entry (Picture 4), a window will pop up with a “Statement” Button (Picture 5). If you click on that button, you can open PDF Invoice. On this Invoice you will find details about the corresponding period.
Your Name
What does it mean?
Here you can change your password. Also the admin can decide if your corporation is visible for other corporations that also use Palisis (Picture 6). What this exactly means will be adressed under “Partnering”.
What should I do?
As a normal user you have the possibility to set your personal password. As a admin you can decide if you want to be visible for other corporations (per default your corporation is invisible).

BoxOffice
Where do I find it?
In the upper right corner.
What does it mean?
This is a tool for your sales agents where they can sell tickets from the office (phone, email requests etc.)
What should I do?
This tool will be explained seperatly because its scope is too large to be discussed further here.
Support
Where do I find it?
In the upper right corner.
What does it mean?
If you click this button you will be forwarded to the Palisis Customer Support Center and you will be able to get in contact with our helpdesk.
What should I do?
If you need help regarding the BackOffice, BoxOffice, Webshop or Partnering you can click on this button and send us a request.
Time
Where do I find?
In the upper right corner.
What does it mean?
Here you can set your individual timezone.
What should I do?
Set the time. Normally when we seeet up the account for you the time zone should already be set to your specific location.
