If you are expeciencing problems with getting an internet connection established, please make sure that the SIM-card is inserted properly and any SIM lock has been removed. Normally the APN settings are set by the system, if somehow the problem remains after a fresh restart and log-in attempt, please use the respective barcodes for your carrier. Scan the appropriate barcode in the Start Ticketing screen:
If this does not solve the problems and you checked both the availability of the 2G network and the status of your SIM-card, please get in contact with support. In the meanwhile you can connect your ticket-terminal using USB.
