What does it mean?
Let's start talking about TourCMS upstream, which is a functionality to send bookings from Palisis (created in Palisis) to TourCMS (for check availability or other purposes). Here you can find more information about this.
When the device redeems a voucher for an operation line marked as "TourCMS upstream", that redemption does not go to TourCMS by default. However, here we explain how to setup the operation line to also send the redemptions to TourCMS.

Going to Configuration > Transportation > Operation Lines

There is a setting on the operation line level named "Device redemption to TourCMS" which should be marked:
