What does it mean?
The favorite screen function is a convenient way to speed up your sales. It's a screen that can be shown on your devices with the most commonly sold tickets of your operation. This way, the sales users will not have to select all the options (operation line, tour, price plan, etc.), they just need to click on the specific ticket on the favorite screen. Thus, they will be able to sell more tickets in less time.
What should I do?
If you want to configure a “favorite screen”, you need to fill in all the needed information about the ticket you want to include in the favorites.
First, you need to enter a Short Code and select where the QR code will be able to be scanned (POS or Device). Then click on “Add FS item”.
After clicking on “Add FS item”, a new screen appears immediately and you need to fill in the information requested. “Pieces” is the only mandatory field. The other filters are used to make the sold product more specific.
Click on “add” and finally save the changes.
After creating the favorite screen, go into your device, click on the upper right-hand corner and then on “Favorites”. This way, you will be able to see the favorite screen you already created.
