Where do I find it?
What does it mean?
A cash settlement is a cash desk closing of your sales. Under the “Cash Management” section you can follow up every sale made in your account. If you want to follow up every sale, every sale user should make a cash settlement at the end of their shift daily. This way you can see how much they sold.
What should I do?
Sometimes you need to make some changes in the settlement of a specific date, so the settlement needs to be reopened. “Reopen the settlement” means to change the status of the cash settlement from accepted back to closed.
In this case, you need to contact our support by writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You need to provide the account and the information below:
accepted | ID: 2602209 | Terminal: 05021-REPLACED | open: 2019-08-06 10:50 - closed: 2019-08-06 11:03 - accepted: 2020-01-29 13:12 (by Blanca Castillo) | Blanca Castillo | EUR 60.00 | 3 Tickets (0 canceled) | 3 Checkins (0 disabled) | 3 Passengers (0 disabled)
You can see where to find this information in the picture below:
This way, our support will be able to find the specific settlement that needs to be reverted to the "closed" status.
