TourCMS provides with a comprehensive list of reports, however, it's possible you need to create a custom report with some specific interesting operational information for you. In that case, I'll suggest to create a report template and then generate this report every time you need it. Let's see how to do it.
Create a report template
This is the first step, you need to generate a template with all the fields you need to display in your report. So please head to Homepage-> Reports -> Report templates and create new report template and then click on EDIT in order to define the report structure.
At this stage, you can select a different language for the report or keep the setup simple with your same account language. Next step is adding your first section.
We can either choose between several section types, for our example, we'll choose "Customer summary".
In the next screen, we'll be able to choose what columns we want to show in the report. In our case, I only chose Staff status, Booking ID and Booking name. Once you have ticked your columns, then please don't forget to Save changes.
Now we have our report with our first section and you can continue adding more sections if you require. For our example, we'll add two more sections: one Booking summary to show the Booking status and one booking detail in order to show more sales details.
Finally, I have my report according to my needs, so I Save changes.
Generate a custom report
As mentioned the highlighted text in the previous screenshot, to run this report you can go to Homepage-> Bookings -> Booking search, once you enter some search criteria this template will be visible at the base of the search results.
